Partnering for Success: Warranty Claim Closeout!

As we start the new year, we’re excited about what’s ahead! Our warranty team is committed to providing EXTRAordinary service, and we need your help to close out any remaining 2024 claims. To keep things running smoothly, we’re partnering with you to resolve open claims quickly. The warranty team will be responding to old claims so please be on the lookout for update emails that will be sent to the email address that is assigned to your Quickbase dealer account.

Recall Update: Important Information and Next Steps for Dealers

We recently issued a recall for select HDT307, HDT208, and HDT210 models to address a potential issue with the axle mounting hardware loosening on the torsion axles. It’s important that all of our dealers are fully informed about this issue. Please refer to the PDF files below for more details about the recall.
