Exclusive to Diamond C UTILITY TRAILERS (and standard on models PSA and GSA), our Engineered Channel Frame and Cross-Members provide vastly superior strength & support to our trailers, all while enabling our trailers to be lighter.

4″ Engineered Channel Frame

Our 4″ Engineered Channel Frame is constructed from Grade 50 material, and is taller than the usual industry standard of 3″ structural angle frames. The extra height increases stiffness and durability, even though our frame is lighter per linear foot.

In plain english: A taller, stronger, and lighter frame. 💪

2″ Engineered Channel Cross-Members

Same story with our utility trailer cross-members: Engineered using Grade 50 material for a lighter, more durable cross-member with a superior strength-to-weight ratio.

Most of our UTILITY trailers feature 2″ engineered channel cross-members, on either 24″, 16″, or 12″ centers depending on selected model and GVWR package.
