Throughout the year our team members nominate “Difference Makers”, or those people that go above and beyond for their team members and Diamond C overall. Every quarter we recognize multiple team members as our Difference Maker recipients. These team members are recognized company-wide for their achievements at our quarterly meetings.
Difference Makers are people that incorporate our CORE VALUES daily, positively impacting team members, customers, and the community around them! Their work ethic, attitude, and influence stand out to those around them, creating a workplace that people enjoy coming to. These team members know the true meaning of #DoWork and #LoveStrong!
